As we were getting ready for our 4 weeks of self-isolation,
I was preparing myself for a quarantine project (s).
The initial thought was to get my website ready within that time. I’ve been neglecting it for a couple of years. The old website wasn’t responsive and even though I still love it design-wise, it’s not functional enough for my need nowadays.
The other idea is to take this chance to unplug and practice self-compassion. Some people might probably think I am ignorant, well it’s not 100% wrong I should say. But other than keeping us update with the news (good or bad), I think we shouldn’t overfeed ourselves with media. Sometimes it’s just too much and when we’re overwhelmed by it, it turns into anxiety.
Ah, I remember I still have Robert Galbraith latest novel that has only been read 100 first pages. My excuse is, the book is too big and too heavy to be carried every day when you commuting. Besides, it only took me 2×10 minutes to go to work. Too much hassle for 10 minutes reading session. Yes, I will totally start over again.
Another update, the dog still keep barking on unseen sound. Gosh.
Honey, what’s for dinner?
